Eco-Safaris

If you are not keen on hunting, why not aim your camera instead. You will have plenty of photo opportunities as we do not allow hunting from a vehicle. The animals become less wary when one is present. We do not have dangerous game on the property, therefore it is safe to go for a walk and enjoy nature. There is a wide variety of bird species and if you spend time in a blind near a waterhole, you would be guaranteed some interesting sites.

If you are more interested in history, Kimberley is famous for the diamond mines, as well as, for surviving the long siege during the Anglo-Boer War of 1900. We can arrange for an excellent registered tour guide to show you around. We've provided a link on our Links page that will give you detailed information about Kimberley and the surrounds.

For the fisherman, the Vaal river is 30 minutes away from the property and both fly and lure fishing can be done, we'll even supply you with all the proper equipment.

Additionally, if water sports are more to your interest, you can go water skiing or knee-boarding on the river. To end the day, we can arrange a sunset cruise on the river, which we highly recommend.

If you are a wife of a hunter, and feel like you need some pampering, Kimberley has some excellent beauty salons, where you can have anything from a hot stone massage to pedicures. This is just what you need to unwind after "roughing" it in Africa.
